The Cabin Path Book Launch!
It has been a while since I’ve posted on my own blog. Whoops! I’ve been so busy writing for www.camphacker.org and www.ourkids.net, as well as preparing for the launch of the book!
Last Saturday, I launched “The Cabin Path: Leadership Lessons Learned At Camp” and I had a great launch event at the Eaton Centre in downtown Toronto. The book sold more copies than any other book for a launch event by a local author. Great start!
I’d love for you to get your hands on a copy of the book! Here’s the site – www.cabinpath.ca and here is a direct link to Lulu.com to buy the book!
ALSO!
I did my first radio interview about the book on the Brendan Seeley show yesterday. You can listen to the full interview HERE!
Thanks for all the support so far and happy reading!

Jay, your book is loaded with your enthusiasm and joie de vivre and must read for parents who are on the fence about sending their kids to camp and for seasoned parents who want to understand the genesis of their sons' and daughters' positivism and increased social skills upon their exuberant return from camp. The book is also a must read for any budding CIT, Counsellor, program or support staff, who seek to appreciate their impact on those they serve and who seek to maximize their wonderful influence. For anyone with a business sense, your book is just a pleasurable read that reminds and reinforces the positive concepts of motivation and good people management. Congratulations on the launch of your book. Gary Direnfeld, MSW, RSW
